Athletic Hall of Fame Inducts Five Members at Homecoming
During a special ceremony on Saturday, November 2, Trevecca inducted five new members into its athletic hall of fame. The 2024 inductees were: Alexa Rippy Phillips (golf), Lindsey Stephens Holland (softball), Kristen Johnson Robertson (volleyball), Logan Rodgers (track & field /cross country) and Mike Mills (baseball).
Alexa Rippy Phillips is one of the most decorated athletes in Trevecca history. Rippy was recruited and played for Trevecca Hall of Fame coach Michael Johnson, before finishing her career playing for David Head.
Lindsey Stephens Holland finished her career as one of the best two-way players (pitcher/hitter) in school history, her accolades include being a two-time All-American and two-time Great Midwest Player of the Year.
Kristen Johnson Robertson was the first Great Midwest Athletic Conference Player of the Year helping the Trojan program significantly bridging play from the NAIA to the NCAA Division II. Averaged a triple-double her junior season.
Logan Rodgers is the first Trevecca Track & Field or Cross-Country student-athlete inducted into the Trevecca Athletic Hall of Fame after being the first Trojan to make the NCAA Nationals in Track and Field.
Mike Mills played for some of the best baseball teams in the Elliot Johnson era, setting long standing records, particularly, his 2.12 earned run average as a freshman. He was drafted twice and played for several years in the San Deigo Padres organization.
