Trevecca Women's Basketball | Trojans Fall to GSC-Leading UAH to Snap Six Game Heater
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Trevecca Nazarene University women's basketball team entered Saturday afternoon's action at the Trojan Fieldhouse riding a six-game winning streak, but The Trojans knew their task would be a difficult one if they wanted to extend that streak. As the game unfolded, the Trojans put in a solid defensive effort, but they were unable to down the Gulf South Conference's top team.
Trevecca (13-7, 10-5 GSC) held the University of Alabama-Huntsville (19-4, 14-1 GSC) to 15 points or less in three of the four quarters of Saturday's contest, but the Chargers kept Trevecca from getting into a rhythm on the offensive end, and UAH took the win 65-51.
