Trevecca Softball | Trojans Picked Eight in GSC Preseason Poll; Season Opens Feb. 6

NASHVILLE – The Trevecca Nazarene University softball team heads into the 18th season of the Ben Tyree era in 2026, and the Trojans have racked up some impressive numbers under the longest-tenured coach in program history. Under Tyree, the Trojans have won more than half of the games won by the program all-time, and Tyree himself is now closing in on the 600-win mark. Despite finishing a single game below the break-even point in GSC play a season ago, the Trojans enter the 2026 campaign in the midst of a streak that has seen Trevecca finish above .500 in 25 consecutive seasons, and they will look to continue that string.
